Felipe E. MacGregor from Lima, Peru (Asociacion Peruana de Estudios e
Investigacion para la Paz) has sent a very interesting letter, which I want to
enclose. In his letter there are many useful information concerning the culture
of peace and SSV especially for Spanish speaking countries.

To all my dear readers, I wish a lot of courage, compassion and love for the
year of 1995. Both of them are important in our joint work for peace.

The year 1995 is going to be the UN year of Tolerance. We need to work
hard to promote Peace and Tolerance on Earth

Thank you for your cooperation and excellent work for 1994 and please keep
in contact. One of the ideas of peace, by Robert Muller, is to replace the
subscript "Yours sincerely" by "Yours in peace"
