Many resources for cross-conflict participation are already available. This is emphasized in the response of Elise Boulding, former Secretary-General of the International Peace Research Association. In particular, she refers to the International Negotiation Network affiliated with the Carter Center in Atlanta and the networks associated with International Alert in London and CDR Associates in Denver. Also she speaks of the rich experience of the Peace Brigades International, the Church of the Brethren, the Mennonites, and the Quakers. Fisher also mentions the Mennonites and the Quakers.
